Neil Bard, M.D.

Dr. Bard is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.

He received his M.D. degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and completed his internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Bard joined the Richland Medical Center in 1980. He cares for all patients and performs minor surgical procedures and vasectomies.

Dr. Bard is the medical director of the Richland Community Free Clinic. He is the chairman of the board of this organization and sees patients in the free clinic every Tuesday morning.

Dr. Bard is a clinical professor of family medicine with the University of Wisconsin, Madison, department of family medicine. He supervises family medicine residents during their rural rotation in Richland Center.

Dr. Bard works in a nurse-physician team with our urgent care nurse practitioner, Tanya Neumaier.

Dr. Bard’s office is on the second floor of the Richland Medical Center.

After 25 years of obstetrics, Dr. Bard stopped providing obstetrical care to patients in 2005. He happily refers obstetrical patients to his partners providing these services.
